A Private 4-Day One-to-One Healing Retreat
Experienced professionals dedicated to your success.
You may understand exactly what's happening in your life.
You may have talked about it, analyzed it, worked on it—and still notice that your body doesn't seem to have gotten the message that you're okay.
Your mind won't shut off.
You startle easily.
You feel restless when you try to relax.
You're constantly anticipating what needs to happen next.
Or perhaps you've gone in the opposite direction and feel depleted, disconnected or shut down.
Sometimes we don't need another explanation.
We need an opportunity to experience something different.
This private one-to-one retreat creates space to slow down, reconnect with your body and explore what helps your system move toward greater regulation, presence and ease.
Four Days. One-to-One. Created Around You.

You feel like you're always “on,” even when nothing is happening.
Your mind keeps scanning, planning or anticipating.
Rest doesn't necessarily feel restful.
You notice tension in your body that seems difficult to release.
Small things can leave you feeling disproportionately overwhelmed.
You've become disconnected from your body or aren't always sure what you're feeling.
You've done a great deal of personal work and understand yourself intellectually, yet your physical responses haven't necessarily changed with that understanding.
Or perhaps you simply know:
I haven't felt truly settled in a very long time.

Our bodies continually respond to what is happening around us and within us.
Long periods of stress, responsibility, uncertainty, loss, relationship difficulties and major life transitions can influence how easily we move between activation, rest and connection.
That doesn't mean something is “wrong” with you.
It may mean your system has become very practiced at preparing, protecting or conserving.
Rather than fighting those responses, we begin by becoming curious about them.
What helps your body feel supported?
What pulls you out of the present?
And what happens when we create enough space for you to actually notice the difference?
The goal isn't to eliminate stress or remain calm every moment.
Life will continue to activate us.
Regulation includes developing greater awareness of what is happening within you, recognizing when your system has shifted, and discovering practices that may help you return toward greater connection and presence.
We're not trying to force your body into calm.
We're learning how to listen to it.
Because this is a private retreat, there isn't one nervous-system protocol everyone follows.
Our work may include breathwork, meditation, somatic awareness, energy therapy, gentle movement, sound, hypnosis, conversation, time outdoors and periods of intentional quiet.
We may explore what activation feels like in your body, what helps you settle, patterns that keep you in constant doing or vigilance, and ways of creating more space between a trigger and your response.
The retreat isn't about performing relaxation correctly.
It's about discovering what regulation feels like for you.

Your retreat includes four days and three nights, with 10 hours of private one-to-one time with Tina.
Unlike a group retreat, there is no predetermined schedule of classes or activities you need to follow. Your time together is individualized around what you're experiencing, what emerges during the retreat, and what feels most supportive for you.
There is intentional space between sessions for rest, reflection, time outdoors, meals and integration.
2 Hours of Private Time
After arriving and settling into your accommodations, we'll begin with a private session focused on where you are right now.
We'll talk about what brought you to the retreat, what you've been experiencing and what you hope to receive from your time away.
From there, we'll begin shaping the retreat around you.
3 Hours of Private Time
Our second day allows us to move more deeply into the work.
Depending upon your individual needs, our time may incorporate conversation and reflection, nervous-system regulation, energy therapy, breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, somatic awareness, sound, gentle movement or time outdoors.
The remainder of the day gives you space to rest, reflect and integrate without needing to rush back into everyday responsibilities.
3 Hours of Private Time
On the third day, we continue with what has emerged during our work together.
Rather than following a predetermined agenda, we allow your experience to guide where our attention goes next.
This may be a day of deeper exploration, practicing what you've discovered, spending time outdoors, or simply creating more space for your body and mind to settle.
2 Hours of Private Time
Our final session is about bringing the experience together.
We'll reflect on what you've noticed, what has shifted in your awareness, and what you want to carry forward when you return home.
Rather than leaving with an overwhelming list of things you should do, we'll identify practical ways to continue supporting yourself in everyday life.

For more than 25 years, I've worked with the relationship between the body, mind, energy and our emotional experience.
My work draws from training and experience in energy therapy, breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, somatic awareness, yoga and nervous-system-informed practices.
I don't approach the body as something that needs to be controlled.
I believe it gives us information.
Part of our work together is learning how to listen.

Please reach us at brigitini@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
A nervous system reset doesn't mean we're literally resetting your nervous system or trying to keep you calm all the time. I use the term to describe stepping away from everyday demands long enough to slow down, become more aware of what your body is communicating, and explore practices that may support greater regulation, connection and presence.
The goal isn't perfection. It's developing a better understanding of your own system and what helps you return to yourself.
No. People can experience prolonged stress, overwhelm, difficulty relaxing or nervous-system activation for many different reasons.
You may have experienced a major life event, years of responsibility or caregiving, relationship difficulties, loss, work-related stress, or simply a long period of feeling that you always need to be “on.”
We begin with what you're experiencing now rather than requiring your experience to fit a particular label.
That's completely okay. This isn't a meditation retreat, and you won't be expected to sit quietly for hours.
There are many ways we can work with the body and nervous system, including breathwork, gentle movement, walking outdoors, energy therapy, sound, somatic awareness, conversation and other individualized practices.
Part of the retreat is discovering what actually feels supportive for you, rather than forcing yourself into a practice that doesn't.
Yes. Throughout our time together, we'll pay attention to the practices and approaches that seem most supportive for you.
The goal isn't to create an elaborate routine that becomes another responsibility. Instead, we'll identify simple ways you can continue supporting regulation, awareness and connection when you return to everyday life.
Your retreat also includes a follow-up Zoom session so we can reconnect after you've had time to integrate the experience.
No. I am not a licensed psychotherapist, and this retreat is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care or a substitute for professional mental-health or medical care.
My work is complementary and draws upon more than 25 years of training and experience in approaches including energy therapy, breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, somatic awareness, yoga and nervous-system-informed practices.
If you're currently receiving medical or mental-health care, this retreat may complement that support when appropriate.
That's exactly why I speak personally with prospective guests before a retreat is booked.
During our discovery conversation, we'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you're hoping to receive from your time away and whether the Nervous System Reset—or one of my other private retreats—seems most appropriate for you.
There is no expectation that you know which retreat you need before we speak.
