Sometimes the most difficult experiences aren't a single event.
They're years of adapting.
Keeping the peace. Making excuses. Protecting other people. Questioning your own perceptions. Holding together a life that may have looked very different from the outside than it felt on the inside.
And sometimes, after doing that for long enough, you realize you aren't even sure what you need anymore.
This private one-to-one retreat creates space to step away from the noise, begin listening to yourself again, and explore what you've been carrying—emotionally, physically and within your nervous system.
Four Days. One-to-One. Created Around You.

You experienced betrayal within a marriage or significant relationship and are struggling to make sense of what happened.
You've spent years accommodating someone else's behavior while minimizing your own needs.
You became the person who kept everything functioning, protected the family, or tried to prevent things from falling apart.
You know something needs to change, but you're exhausted from constantly trying to determine what the “right” decision is.
The relationship may already be over, yet your body and mind still seem to be living inside what happened.
Or perhaps you're beginning to recognize that experiences from much earlier in your life are influencing what feels so difficult today.
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
This isn't four days devoted to analyzing every detail of the past.
It's an opportunity to begin discovering where you are now.
When we live with uncertainty, betrayal, conflict, addiction, emotional unpredictability or repeated disappointment, we often become very good at adapting.
We anticipate.
We monitor.
We accommodate.
We keep things moving.
Sometimes those adaptations become so familiar that we don't recognize how much energy they're requiring from us.
Stepping away doesn't automatically erase those patterns. But it can give us enough distance to begin noticing them.
What am I still carrying?
What actually belongs to me?
And who am I when I'm no longer organizing myself around someone else's behavior?

No. People come to this retreat for many different reasons. Your experience may involve betrayal within a relationship, years of emotional stress, caregiving, living with addiction or unpredictability, difficult family dynamics, or experiences from much earlier in life. We begin with what is affecting you now rather than requiring your experience to fit a particular category.
No. You are never required to recount every detail of your experiences. Our work can focus on what you're noticing and experiencing now, including patterns, emotions, physical responses, boundaries and what you would like to change moving forward.
No. I am not a licensed psychotherapist, and this retreat is not a replacement for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, addiction treatment, crisis services or other medical or mental-health treatment. My work uses complementary approaches developed through more than 25 years of training and experience.
Yes. Many people use complementary practices alongside other forms of support. During our discovery conversation, we'll discuss what support you currently have and whether this retreat is appropriate for you.
Your retreat includes four days/three nights, 10 hours of private one-to-one work with me, comfortable hotel accommodations in Worcester, Massachusetts, an individualized retreat experience, and a follow-up Zoom session after you return home.
That's exactly why I speak personally with prospective guests before a retreat is booked. During our discovery conversation, we'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you're hoping for, and whether this retreat—or perhaps one of my other private retreats—is the most appropriate fit.
You don't need to know exactly what comes next.
Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation about where you are, what you've been carrying, and what you need now.
Schedule a private discovery conversation and we'll explore whether this retreat is the right fit for you.
