By reserving or participating in a Crystalline Awaken Retreat (“Retreat”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
These terms govern your booking, participation, and communications with us whether online, in person, or via third-party platforms such as BookRetreats.com.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not book or attend the retreat.

Crystalline Awaken Retreats are private and small-group healing experiences designed to promote personal growth, emotional release, and energetic renewal.
Retreats may include modalities such as polarity therapy, energy healing, breathwork, meditation, movement, and other holistic practices.

All participants understand these services are complementary to, not a substitute for, medical or psychological care.

Participants must be 18 years or older and in sufficient physical and emotional condition to engage in retreat activities.

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant physical, mental, or emotional health conditions prior to attending.
We reserve the right to decline participation if a condition may present a risk to you or others.

If you are under medical or psychological care, please consult your licensed provider before attending.

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–30%) is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid by the date indicated in your confirmation email (usually 30 days prior to the retreat start date).
   
• Bookings made within 30 days of the retreat start date require full payment at registration.
   
• Payments are accepted via BookRetreats.com, Stripe, PayPal, or other secure methods.
   

Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received and you receive a written confirmation.

Because each retreat is limited in size and accommodations are reserved in advance, we maintain the following policy:

• More than 45 days before the retreat:
  You may cancel and transfer your deposit toward a future retreat within 12 months.
   
• 30–45 days before the retreat:
  50% of the total retreat cost is refundable (excluding deposit).
   
• Less than 30 days before the retreat:
  No refunds will be issued. You may gift or transfer your booking to another participant with prior approval.
   
• No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures:
  No refunds or credits will be given.
   

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to brigitini@gmail.com

Crystalline Awaken Retreats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to insufficient enrollment, natural disaster, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If we must cancel:

• You will receive a full refund of all payments made, or
   
• You may choose to transfer your payment to a future retreat date.
   

We are not responsible for travel-related costs (airfare, hotels, etc.) lost due to cancellation.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, passports, and visas (if applicable).
We strongly encourage purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations.

Crystalline Awaken Retreats is not liable for any travel delays, flight cancellations, or personal expenses incurred.

You acknowledge that participation in any retreat involves physical, emotional, and spiritual activity.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, or loss you may sustain as a result of participation.

By attending, you release and hold harmless Tina Brigitini, Brigitini Energy School, and associated facilitators from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages related to your retreat participation.

To maintain a harmonious retreat environment:

• Please be respectful of other participants, staff, and property.
   
• No drugs, illegal substances, or excessive alcohol are permitted.
   
• Confidentiality of other participants’ experiences must be maintained.
   
• The retreat space is intended for healing and spiritual growth — disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
   

During retreats, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your retreat.

By attending, you grant permission for Crystalline Awaken Retreats to use images or testimonials in marketing materials, unless you opt out.

All retreat materials, meditations, manuals, and recordings are the intellectual property of Tina Brigitini / Brigitini Energy School.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Crystalline Awaken Retreats and its representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage to person or property arising from participation.
   
• We do not guarantee any specific results from participation in our programs or healing modalities.
   

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect operational or legal updates.
The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.”
