Unlike group retreats, this experience is entirely one-on-one and tailored to where you are in your life right now.
Each retreat unfolds naturally, guided by your needs, your pace, and what emerges during our time together.
Your retreat is completely private. All sessions are conducted one-on-one in a calm, supportive setting where you can speak freely and explore your experience without judgment or pressure.
Many guests arrive carrying grief, emotional exhaustion, relationship challenges, or a sense of being stuck. This space is designed to gently support you through those layers.
Our sessions include thoughtful conversation combined with guided practices that help regulate the nervous system and access deeper emotional insight.
These may include:
• grounding and breath practices
• guided meditation or hypnosis
• emotional processing
• nervous system regulation techniques
• energy balancing practices
The exact approach is always adapted to your needs.
Each day includes 2–3 hours of guided work together, with the remainder of the day left open for rest, reflection, and personal time.
Many guests find this balance important. Healing work often continues quietly between sessions as the body and mind process what has been explored.
You may spend time walking, journaling, resting, or simply enjoying quiet moments near the ocean or nearby nature.
There is no pressure to push beyond what feels safe. The work unfolds gradually, allowing your nervous system to remain supported and regulated throughout the retreat.
This pacing is an important part of the process and allows deeper insight to emerge naturally.
Your retreat also includes a short 7-Day Integration Journey designed to support your return home and help stabilize the shifts that began during your time here.
Approximately one month after your retreat, you will receive a brief check-in email offering the opportunity to reconnect if you wish.
